Where are you?!

We are located right ON the water just south of McLoud Oklahoma. We are on all paved roads just 3 miles south and 1 mile west of Firelake Grand Casino, which is amazing amenity by the way. They rent our brides and grooms blocks of beautiful hotel rooms at a great rate and also have fine dining, quick dining, gas and gambling available.

How many guests can you seat?

Our occupancy is 225. We have multiple white chair options to seat your guests both indoor and outdoor. We also provide 26 custom made white wood folding farm tables that each seat 10 guests no matter who you arrange the chairs.

What is your pricing?

This depends on several factors: time of year, and day of the week as well as whether you want more of a DIY or a 2 day rental that is an amazing experience in and of itself.

Do you offer elopement packages?

We love elopement! We offer some amazing packages which even include an officiant should you need one, as well as photography, photobooth and a use of the venue. Elopement is a specific type of service. It is not a guest count of more than 30 total and it cannot be booked more than 60 days in advance.

Do you allow alcohol?

We do, but you must have a bartender serve it, no self-serve allowed. We have bartenders we can refer to you if you need one.

What services do you offer?

We do it ALL or just rent the space. If you want the event fully planned for you, that can be done, if you want it set up and taken down for you as well as cleaned up, we can make it happen. Our years in the event industry has connected us with enough professionals that we can make your day perfect, it all depends on what you want and how little you want to do on your special day.
